Can I change plans later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processor (Paddle). Enterprise plans can also pay via wire transfer.
Is there a free trial?+
The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. It includes all core features — you can try everything (Chrome Extension, AI generation, analytics, workflows) before upgrading.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?+
You'll be notified when approaching limits. Once reached, you won't be able to create new SOPs or invite new members until you upgrade. Your existing data is never affected.
Do all features really come with every plan?+
Yes. Every plan includes AI generation, AI-powered translation (17+ languages), Chrome Extension, all export formats, analytics, approval workflows, API access, webhooks, version history, subscription tracker (with bank import, renewal alerts, and budget monitoring), and the full support system. The only differences are quantity limits (members, SOPs, tracked subscriptions, translations, storage, departments). Business plan adds SSO (Google & Microsoft), custom logo on shared SOPs, and priority support.
How does team billing work?+
It's a flat rate — not per user. The Team plan is $49/month for up to 15 members. The Business plan is $99/month for up to 50 members. No surprise charges as your team grows within your plan's limit.
