Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with QuickSOP. This policy describes our approach to refunds and cancellations for paid subscription plans.
1. Free Plan
The QuickSOP Free plan is available at no cost with no commitment. You can use it indefinitely without providing payment information.
2. Paid Subscription Plans
Paid plans (Team, Business, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you selected at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page or by contacting us at support@quicksop.com.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- After cancellation takes effect, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your existing SOPs but may lose access to premium features.
- We do not delete your data upon cancellation — your SOPs remain available on the Free plan.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refund requests made after 7 days from the charge date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
4.3 How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal (you may cancel to prevent future charges)
- Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy resulting in account suspension
- Partial months or unused portions outside the refund window
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
